I am 100% with you, a little bit of sunshine makes all the difference, makes you feel both healthier and happier. It makes me worry a bit about this poor British population and our lack of Vitamin D… It also makes everything feel so much EASIER! Even doing the groceries is less of a chore when you don’t have to battle home through a gale with it.

Loving it too. I feel like I’ve come alive again. Being outdoors and not getting frost bite..late evenings..does make me want to drink more wine though!

The sunshine has made a huge difference here with the children this week. Kitty no longer comes home from school and puts on her PJs all tired out to veg on the sofa – instead it’s shorts on and out in the garden with cries of ‘Mummy can I eat my dinner in the garden please?’ and ‘Can I stay outside until bedtime pleeeeease?’ Happier kids means happier me!

The last 2 days, the Dog and I have eaten our Breakfast and drunk my morning Coffee in the 1metre square patch of Sunshine that we get between 9 and 9.30am in our Garden…..

It has been BLISS……utterly peaceful and a teeny bit Soul restoring!!

I’m hoping to make it a regular occurrence……
