Long gone are the days when Christmas jumpers were obligatorily cheesy. In my opinion, as a fairly new Christmas jumper convert, this is a good thing. Because, while a cringe-worthy jumper makes a funny family snap it’s less likely to be something I’d happily wear on an evening of festive drinks with my buddies, or even on the school run.
If you’re searching for a non-cheesy, cool Christmas jumper this year then here are some of my favourites….
First up it’s the two above, the Fizz Prosecco jumper by Joanie Clothing priced at £35 (I bought this in black last year), and the Jingle Belle harbour print red jersey top by Joules, for £29.95.
Next I’ve gone with a couple of favourites from Not On The High Street. I love the slouchy unisex “Getting Piste” sweatshirt by Ellie Ellie, for £29 and the “Gangsta Wrapper” sweater by Twenty Seven, for £27. I’d probably go a size up in these, to leave more room for Christmas dinner stretch potential. There’s nothing worse than too-tight clothing at Christmas.
And finally, this Christmas Candy Cane jumper by Topshop, at £39 makes me smile. It’s just on the right side of kitsch, I think. Lastly, by one of my current favourite brands, Monki, is this cheeky “Hat’s Off” X-mas sweater, at £20.
Which is your favourite?

I have this Jingle Belle top and was very tempted to buy the Joanie Clothing one – I love a festive top!
