Ever since we stayed in a boutique hotel in Cheltenham a couple of months ago, I’ve dreamed of having that same sense of luxury at home. Unfortunately, our budget is rather diminished compared to the big guns of the hotel world and all our money at the moment goes into a “house pot”; namely, the Save To Buy account we have with the bank.  But I have friends in the interior decor world (no really, I do) who tell me there are other ways to make your home look all plush and pretty, without having to spend a hotel fortune.
