You know when you’ve had one of those nights when it feels like you’ve had a mere thirty seconds sleep? Perhaps you HAVE had a mere thirty seconds sleep. Well, you’re not alone. I feel your pain.
I thought it might be useful to share some thoughts on baby sleep and how I cope after one of *those* nights, so here’s a vlog on the subject:
