Fri, 23 May 2014 19:15:51 +0000http://www.mothersalwaysright.com/?p=6746#comment-87146We went for our first wedding anniversary as a sort of compensation for the honeymoon (I got appendicitis and was in hospital for lots of it) and we both loved it. We want to take the girls some day but I think they just need to be a bit bigger. So top tips, well we loved the Bateau-Bus, breakfast people watching on the Champs Elysee is a must and a good potter around Montmatre – but really it’s just too lovely not to enjoy!

We’ve done the tourist bits, the sights, the side streets, the flea markets. Big Welsh treated me to the top of the Eiffel Tower on a cloudy day, no queues! Don’t fall into that trap!! I’m taking my firstborn to Paris on 13 July, when she wakes up the next day she will be 16 and Paris will be celebrating her birthday in style. There’s so much to see and do, eat and drink you must go!

I will come and babysit and you two can sneak off for a weekend, as long as you bring me some macarons back from L’aduree.
Deal?
Great. I am busy this weekend, but what about next weekend?
