They have such wonderful imaginations at this age don’t they? Mushroom often wants me to join in with him (boys, I’ve noticed, seem less happy to play alone for long periods) but I must often get it ‘wrong’ as I stir his fake vegetable soup/build a tower with him as he’s forever saying ‘No! Mummy…’ and rolling his eyes at me!
